❯❯ On a mission to facilitate valuable human interaction in our fast-paced world economy.

Time is humanity's most valuable resource, it is far too precious to waste it on unrewarding and ineffective work.

At Titanflux, we guide leaders of knowledge workers in implementing an irresistible work environment to attract and retain top performers while driving measurable success.

We provide the right know-how, processes and tools for successful collaboration while keeping the approach at a pragmatic level, turning operations into a competitive advantage.

❯❯ What if...

... we worked in environments, that only consisted of the absolute best and most diverse group of people in an industry, continuously delivering on one common goal after the other?

... our business environment was so customer value-adding and waste-free, that it was fun and exciting to start working again after the weekend?

... our work in these environments was so energizing and flexible, that in addition to our thriving business, we could also focus on our families, communities and ourselves to make the best out of our time?

We will be the most reliable partner for organizations in the services sector to unlock their knowledge worker's full potential and to digitally manage their collaboration, priority and time. We will make key elements of the latest insights available at scale and provide access to the most pragmatic and impactful framework. Together with our clients, we will create work environments that level up their results, contribute to staff-wellbeing and motivate the best people in their industry. To the benefit of their businesses, their families, their communities, and themselves.

Founder's Introduction in 3 Minutes:
Who This Is Not For:

Most people visit this page to learn more about the people behind the company, for one primary reason:

To know if they are the right fit for their needs and wants.

In an effort to be as transparent & realistic as possible, here is an outline of who this is not for. The following three groups are not ready for real change (yet), and therefore won't be able to derive true value from our collaboration.

1) The Quick Hack Seeker / the Shortcut Seeker

Trying to gain an edge at zero effort? At best, that might lead to superficial short-term effects.   Many of the topics we tackle will fundamentally challenge or change a current process, habit or mindset. We will keep complexity at the necessary minimum at all times. And following our pragmatic approach while applying the necessary change management will guarantee the desired results. And that requires your real commitment to gain traction in real life. Only with your commitment, we'll jointly be able to add significant value to your business and deliver real results.

2) The Cost Cutter

Cutting cost is your #1 priority and every other aspect of your business has to subordinate to that? Your scarcity mindset only lets you see the absolute spending, and you try to manage it to zero? As a basic business principle, investing into operations that generate customer value will lead to a return on investment. Our collaboration will require the investment of time, energy and other resources initially. And as a result of the significant change and improvement, it will return a multiple of the initial investment. While our joint business case and agreed targets will only take a limited horizon into consideration, the real-life improvements are yours to keep and benefit from forever.

3) The Avoider

Your competitive environment is quite "unfair"? Some aspects of your business do not perform as expected, but somehow the universe is at fault? The business environment is in general full of setbacks, shortcomings and imbalanced competitive markets. The reality is that between successes, you will experience plenty of failure and learning. And there is no justification needed! You only need to own your challenges. During our collaboration, we will start where we are, take what we have and do what we can to level up your business. Together we'll crush through obstacles. And that requires you taking ownership of your business.

Still on board? Great!
